The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ Office of Connected Care focuses on improving health care through technology. By harnessing the latest virtual care tools, Connected Care expands the Veteran’s experience beyond the traditional office visit. This makes health information and care more accessible for Veterans. Connected Care’s programs include My HealtheVet, VA Telehealth Services, and VA Mobile. Connected Care brings these programs together under one umbrella, making it easy for Veterans to choose the health care options that work for them. These programs and their digital technologies empower Veterans to take charge of their health and be active participants in their care. The Office of Connected Care aims to increase the use of connected care tools and programs across the VA to support our Nation’s Veterans, their family members, and caregivers.
